Among the flea market finds, a collection of interesting decorative plates stands out. One of them is an oval dish with the inscription 'Souvenir Italy' and an image of a traditional Sicilian cart, the 'Carretto Siciliano'.

Another notable plate is set in a metal frame and adorned with a landscape reproduction. The back contains information about the artist and the artwork.

There was also an unusual large-diameter plate depicting fishermen on the seashore. The back is marked with 'Porcelaine de Bavilla'.

Vintage Dolls and Figurines

An antique porcelain doll, presumably a Harlequin, draws special attention. This doll has a porcelain face, hands, and feet, indicating its value. The doll's face has a sad expression with a tear on its cheek.

Other interesting figurines could also be found on the shelves. For example, a modern white porcelain owl statuette with silver accents and crystal eyes. Next to it was another owl made entirely of seashells, showcasing fine craftsmanship.

Unusual Tableware and Serving Items

The range of tableware at the flea market is quite diverse. A set consisting of a tarnished metal bowl and a ladle was found in a display case. It is likely not silver due to the heavy tarnishing.

Among other things, a French candle holder ('photophore') was discovered in its original box. It consists of a black porcelain base and a glass cover. The price for such an item was only 3 euros.

A vintage children's porcelain tea set was also found. The set, in an old box, included miniature cups and a coffee pot, reminiscent of a time when children's dishes were made from real materials, not plastic.

Collectible Ceramics and Glass

Many ceramic items were displayed on the shelves. There were various pitchers and vases brought as souvenirs from different places, such as Corsica or Valle d'Aosta.

Among them, an apple-shaped liqueur container from Limoges and an unusual flask in the shape of the map of Corsica with a bust of Napoleon as a stopper stood out. Such items were popular as gifts.

There were also many sauceboats of different shapes: round, boat-shaped, with floral and geometric patterns. One of them, made by Limoges, was selling for just 50 cents. On the glass shelves, you could find engraved glasses and crystal dishes, for example, a heart-shaped one with an engraved bouquet.

Fruit Bowls and Cheese Platters

Elegant items for table setting can be found at the flea market. For example, a single-tier porcelain stand with a central metal handle, decorated along the edge with a border of flowers and fruits.

For serving cheese, there was a special board with a wooden handle and a porcelain insert. Another interesting cheese stand had a woven base under glass and a knife with a bamboo handle.

The vintage Limoges fruit bowls deserve special attention. These items, on a tall stem, are made of white porcelain and decorated with a gray-pink geometric pattern. They were available in several sizes, but all were in perfect condition.
