This Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the Aucburg online auction (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") and the User (hereinafter referred to as the "User") – an individual, legal entity, or sole proprietor registered according to the laws of the lot's country, using the Platform's services.
1.2. The Platform provides the User with the ability to list lots, participate in auctions, conclude deals, and interact with other Users.
1.3. The Platform is not a party to transactions between Users and is not responsible for their execution.
1.4. Terms Used:
2.1. To use the Platform's services, the User must register by providing truthful data.
2.2. Use of the Platform is permitted only to persons over 18 years old or those who have reached the age of legal capacity according to the laws of the lot's country.
2.3. The Platform reserves the right to request documents verifying the User's identity for verification purposes.
2.4. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and agrees to immediately notify the Platform in case of loss or unauthorized access.

9.2. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new version of the Agreement.
10.1. The User has the right to terminate the Agreement by notifying the Platform 30 calendar days in advance.
10.2. The Platform has the right to terminate the User's access in case of violations of the Agreement's terms.
11.1. This Agreement is governed by the legislation of the lot's country.
